Is it something...

 I’d said?
It makes me laugh whatever it is?
Two followers have chosen to unfollow me recently.
Is it political?
Is it my sometimes fruity language?
Is it my skewered take on life?
In these days of so much going on in the world for us all...
You know something I really don’t care! In the grand scheme of things does any of this really matter?  What matters is we be kind to each other.
This blog is for me.  My thoughts, dreams and schemes.  My odd take
on things, so if my views don’t chime with you best you go...

    1. I know you are and I read and enjoy your blog and am frustrated I can’t comment. Was that drawing one of yours? Please say no, because I am just so green eyed with jealousy! Not nice to know am I?

  3. Keep on writing! I love your very individual take on life, enhanced by your occasional fruity language and wonderful sense of humour. Still having internet problems here, but I do scoot over for a read whenever I get online. Comments are more of a problem. Keep On, Keeping On.xxx

    1. Will do Elaine, I was obviously that way out yesterday, and who can blame any of us feeling a tad jaded? Strange times.

Sad to hear you are having problems with these infernal howsyourfathers, they have become such a huge part of our lives. I do enjoy your blog posts when they pop up on my sidebar. I do love blogging probably more than meeting people face to face, just as well at the mo!?! Our neighbours must wonder about me as they get some wacky emails when all we ever talk face to face is how much do I owe you for the Pears soap? Oh just take it off the price of the pointy peppers you got for me type of thing! Whereas when one of my emails arrives they wonder is this Dr Jekyll or.....?

  4. I love reading your posts and am disappointed when there isn't a new one! Just checked to see that I am " following" you , but I never think to do a " follow" when I find a new blog to read.
Hope that you are all coping with this hot weather? I am not keen...prefer it cooler.

    1. Just shows how needy I am becoming... blooming worrying!

The hot weather I don’t really enjoy, for some strange reason the heat in the UK gets to me, whereas back in the day when we chose to travel to exotic climes, the heat there never bothered me. We have done all our travels and jolly glad we did it when we were able to fly. At the time I did say to the husband that one day the novelty would wear off and it did! Today we can’t even cross the border into Wales or Scotland and like a forbidden anything I
      WANT to! Always contrary... me?

  5. I love your blog and humour and am just lazy about hitting the follower tag, which I have now done. Blogs are our personal spaces in which the public can come and browse. Me I just get cross politically but also record almost as a diary the comings and goings of my family.

    1. Just off to check your blog out... I use mine as a diary. I also do a written diary but that I find a chore whereas this I love to do... weird or wot?

  6. Perhaps it's just as simple as people cutting down on the time they spend online? I know I follow a few blogs which sometimes lead me to follow others and all of a sudden I find I am spending too much time reading the blogs, then doing essential e-mails, banking etc. so I have to have a "cull" and have to think hard about which blogs to keep. Sometimes you have to ring the changes.

    1. I think you are right both blogging and reading blogs is a huge time consuming hobby. So I get where you are coming from about people ringing the changes.

  7. I don't actually know what 'following' a blog means! I've never followed a blog to my knowledge. Do you get points to collect if you follow, or free gifts or something? Is it like my Tesco clubcard - I get a magazine subscription with those points, what can I get from yours?!
I enjoy your blog and would follow you round Ludlow but I'm not following your blog is that ok?! :P x

    1. Just done a reply and it has only gone and gone, if you get my drift? I am gutted because it mentioned you, George Clooney and Pierce Brosnan all in the same sentence and now I can’t be bothered to do it again... so you’ll never know now!?!

  8. I'm still here... I actually quit paying attention to the Following thingy on Blogs since many regular Visitors aren't necessarily logged in as 'Followers' and some that are logged in might come by regularly but never interact so that we form a Relationship online... so it's all kinda irrelevant. You have a Blog that many of us enjoy coming to, but sometimes the Community comes visiting often and sometimes Life gets us so caught up we go off the grid and don't spend as much time in the Land of Blog... it is fun to do it for ourselves and have Visitors be the Bonus of it all... kinda like our own Homes are.

    1. I think you do right. My problem is I haven’t got a cotton-picking clue about any of it. Ignorance in this class isn’t bliss. It is fun to do and I totally understand you... thank you for your wise words.
