Ask yourself...

do any of us really need comments?
Alright, some might say it justifies their very existence.
However, if that is the case, what shallow lives we all lead!

    1. Good point. I don’t know how to or even if I want to... says it all really!

    1. No, I had to pass unfortunately. I have an appointment next week with an osteopath which I was planning on cancelling. I am now going because my worn out lower back has had a bit of early morning unlooked for freestyle aerobatics. I have missed trick, I now realise. I flew so stylishly that I could have been a stunt woman. Not much call for OAP roles in James Bond films I suppose?

  3. I like getting comments and always answer. It's like having a little chat.

    1. Yes, I do and like you answer them. I think what has made me crabby is I have been getting these weird ones that obviously are from undesirables, which I instantly spike. At least now coming via email I don’t have to trog back looking to see if a sneaky one has crept through.
Oh, the trials of blogging... Oh woe is me! Aah, altogether now Aaaaah!

    2. Oh - yes, I do understand that one. Those unwanted comments can be a right nuisance.

  4. As you can see I don't do a blog myself, but I think Joy has it right......it is like having a chat, and making new friends...albeit ones you may never meet. I like commenting to you as you always reply. Not so keen on the ones who don't, though I appreciate that the likes of John G , who sometimes get over 100 comments would never be off the computer if he replied to everyone!
Have a lovely day....I shall be watching THE wedding, and then we are off to a BBQ late afternoon with friends.

    1. I always reply, if poss. I think it makes for a good blogging partnership. Comments seem to validate your efforts and another view on things is always to the good.

Enjoy your day, as you will see from my today’s post, I won’t be watching the wedding. Not that I am anti., just I think they live in a cosseted world, far removed from reality.

We are meeting friends for lunch, we haven’t seen them for ages, lots have happened since last we met, our new home for them to see and news to catch up on.

A year has gone by...

and the sourdough saga continues, nothing much changes, apart maybe my level of frustration at my tarnished bread making skills of a ferment...
